Enjoy refreshing walks through ancient woodlands carpeted with primroses and bluebells, and keep all the family happy with the all the pursuits you’d expect of an English country estate, plus some you wouldn’t. As well as golf, clays and fishing, guests can explore the lake on a paddleboard or take a Pashley bicycle for a ride around the estate.
Wake to the gentle bleating of lambs and spend the day sightseeing in Suffolk’s idyllic coastal towns. The stunning heritage coastline is a short drive from the estate and offers miles of golden sand beaches to discover. Each stay at Wilderness is unique, with guests invited to enjoy weeks or weekends in privacy or with staff including chefs, housekeepers and even butlers. There is no better place to put your feet up with your loved ones than in our luxury properties, with wines from the cellar, roll top baths and hypnos beds to sink into.
Explore the estate and surrounding Suffolk coastline, play a round of gold at nearby Halesworth Golf, part of the estate, take aim at archery or learn more about the nature that calls Wilderness home with one of our Wilderness Rangers. Our service is crafted to your needs and all of our bookings can be made truly bespoke. Due to the variety of properties and spaces available across Wilderness we are flexible in catering for different party sizes and needs, and our reservations team are on hand to ensure your stay is bespoke and runs smoothly.
