A: Yes, all properties with the exception of Hex Cottage – our ‘without electricity’ holiday cottage – have full-size dishwashers.

A: Yes, all our manors and luxury cottages – with the exception of ‘without electricity’ Hex Cottage – have iPod docks/B&O sound systems (compatible with iPhones 4, 5 & 6) in all bedrooms plus most reception rooms.

A: High chairs and cots can be provided at any of our holiday cottages and manor house. Please let us know in advance. We do request that guests provide their own bedding for cots.
Q: When are the pool and hot tub heated?
A: The pool and hot tub are heated from 1st May to 30th September, however, they can be heated outside these dates by prior arrangement with the General Manager (a charge applies).
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: Yes, we allow well-behaved pets on the estate.

Q: Do you offer extra housekeeping?
A: Daily housekeeping (if required) is included in the price for all our holiday homes. This comprises up to two hours housekeeping per day. Should you require extra housekeeping or waiting staff (perhaps if you are hosting your own dinner party) then this can be arranged in advance. Please enquire with the General Manger.
Q: Do you offer a laundry service?

Q. Can you arrange pub & restaurant bookings?
A: Yes, we would be delighted to and we can also make recommendations.
Q: When is the tennis court open?
A: The tennis court is open year-round.
Q: Do you allow fireworks?
A: We don’t allow fireworks as they can frighten the livestock.
Q: What’s the nearest train station?
A: Darsham station is approximately 1.5 miles from Sibton Park. Collections and drop-offs can be arranged.
Q: Can you accommodate helicopters?
A: Helicopters can land in the parkland near our manor house Sibton Park by prior arrangement with the General Manager. Please contact us to discuss.
Q: Where is the nearest airport?
A: The closest international airport is Norwich International which is approximately 40 miles away. London Stansted is also easily accessible at approximately 78 miles. Both can accommodate private jets. There is also a private airstrip adjacent to the Estate which is available by prior arrangement.
Q: Do the properties have parking?
A: Yes. The hamlet of properties at Sibton Park (The Clockhouse, The Barn, The Cartshed, The Farmhouse) is strictly a car-free environment for the enjoyment of all our guests. Vehicles may make drop-offs at the properties but cars must be parked in the designated car park located around 100m away in the woods.
Q: What is the postcode for satellite navigation?
A: Sibton Park guests should use IP17 2LZ which will take you to the entrance to the gate lodge at the end of the serpentine drive on the A1120. For guests staying in the Clockhouse, the Barn, the Farmhouse and the Granary, the postcode for sat nav is: IP17 2LY. This will take you to the walled garden entrance to Sibton Park from where you will be directed to a dedicated car park for the properties. Guests staying in Hex Cottage or the Gate Lodges are requested to make their way to the office at Sibton Park (accessed via the courtyard to the side of the house) in the first instance.
Q: Can you host civil ceremonies?
A: Yes, the drawing room at Sibton Park is licensed for wedding parties of up to 100 guests. Larger numbers can be accommodated for receptions.
Q. Do you have space for a marquee?
A. Yes, wedding parties can choose to erect a marquee immediately adjacent to Sibton Park for larger receptions.
Q: Do you allow stag and hen parties?
A: Out of respect for our other guests we don’t accept bookings for stag or hen parties. We politely request that this is respected.
Q. Do you have a bridal suite?
A. Guests can choose the Colonel’s Room in Sibton Park, which is one of the four largest rooms in the house complete with king-size Hypnos bed, views across rolling parkland and the serpentine lake and a marble en suite bathroom with underfloor heating, powerful shower and separate roll-top bath. Alternatively, couples can opt to rent romantic Hex Cottage which is the perfect mini-moon setting.
