With a team of chefs (and a black book of suppliers) the estate offers everything from locally-sourced home-cooked food to fine dining for a pinch more formality. Suffolk boasts some fine local produce which features in our menus including organic vegetables, sustainable fish and hand-reared meats. Menus, which change with the seasons, can be tailored to your specific requirements and special diets are well-catered for.
Our wine cellar stocks new and old world wines though guests are free to bring their own, as we don’t charge corkage. Guests at Sibton Park are encouraged to book a Wilderness chef due to the size of the property whilst our farmhouses, cottages and barns all feature large cooks’ kitchens, perfect for discovering your inner foodie, though guests can choose to specify our chefs and waiting staff. These properties also include a range of local provisions – seasonal and tailored to guests’ preferences where possible – and, of course, local Adnams fizz on arrival so your escape to the country gets off to the best possible start. Our chefs and service team will come to your Wilderness home to cook and serve from your kitchen. Once your chef is booked, we work with you on your final menu choices that are chosen in advance of your stay.
